Background:

Born on a colony on the Federation's Cardassian border.
At age 18 he joined Starfleet as an enlisted cadet. He served as a security officer for 3 years.  However, with his skills he became a secret operative, and after severe testing he was drafted into Section 31 <details of activities classified level omega 1>.  After leaving service he worked as a private detective, working for some high profile clientel incluing several celebrities and 3 major corporations. He worked untill he was appointed to his latest postion by the new Governor of New Edinburgh Colony.

Private investigator ceritification.

Hobbies: Exercise, weight training, marksmanship, with many different
weapons, gourmet cooking and fine wines
 
Personality:

Publically he is not seen or known much.  He keeps his
private life under wraps.  His past is not something he discusses at all.  He has a psionic block and enhanced hearing and vision as a result of classified genetic alterations.
